Decisions in writing. Tradeoffs in writing. Postmortems in writing. The codebase, the research blog and the AGENTS.md file are the institutional memory.

Glimpse loses days. We publish those days. Inside the team that means: when something breaks, we say so, we ship the fix, we write the postmortem. Reputation comes from how we handle bad data, not from hiding it.

We work remotely, write things down, and protect deep-work time. No standups for the sake of standups. No meeting that should have been a doc.
