Common questions

What you’ll actually want to know.

  • Where does my money live?

On your own exchange account. Glimpse does not custody capital. Optional execution uses a trade-only API key; withdrawals and transfers must be disabled. You can revoke the key from your exchange at any time.

  • How does the desk decide what matters?

Market OS combines public price structure, order flow, liquidation estimates, leverage, and sentiment into a conclusion, supporting and dissenting evidence, an invalidation level, and source freshness. It is market information, not a prediction or instruction to trade.

  • Is this like a Telegram signal room or a copy-trading group?

Free and Market OS Plus are analysis products, not signal rooms: Free exposes the public conclusion and read-only Focus Mode; Plus adds the complete persistent manual workspace. Pro and VIP add private intelligence. Optional copy execution is a separate capability with its own exchange, funding, approval, and safety gates.

  • Can Market OS help me learn the process?

Each public read starts with a conclusion and lets you inspect the evidence and invalidation behind it. Simulated model outcomes remain on the public ledger with their sample and source. That makes the process inspectable, but it does not promise an edge, a profit, or that the same reasoning will suit your decisions.

  • How do I know the track record isn't just cherry-picked screenshots?

The public tape is additive. Open rows are redacted until close; closed outcomes remain visible with their recorded trade details. Wins and losses both stay on the ledger. It is transparency evidence, not a promise of future performance.

  • Does account size affect access?

Free and paid software access do not require an exchange balance. Turning on AI execution the first time requires a 250 USDT balance. Once you are trading, a losing trade that dips your balance below 250 does not lock you out — you keep trading, subject to your exchange's minimum order size and the separate eligibility path. Trading derivatives can lose more than expected through fees, funding, slippage, gaps, and liquidation.

  • What happens when an executed trade loses?

A stop is submitted as a risk control, but it is not a guaranteed loss ceiling: slippage, gaps, liquidity, exchange outages, and liquidation can worsen the result. A 5% daily-loss rule halts new entries for the UTC day; it does not guarantee losses cannot exceed 5%. Closed losses remain visible on the public tape.

  • Can I customise Market OS?

Free is read-only and does not persist layouts. Market OS Plus adds the complete multi-window workspace, saved and synced layouts, configurable alerts, history, no ads, and full manual altcoin setups. Pro adds private intelligence and advanced risk controls.

  • What does each plan cost?

Free is $0. Market OS Plus is $9.99 per month or $99 per year; Pro is $49 per month or $490 per year; VIP is $99 per month or $990 per year. Eligible first-time Plus customers receive one 14-day trial with a payment method. Paid subscriptions renew monthly or annually until canceled. Paid charges are non-refundable except where required by law.

  • I already have a Bybit or Toobit account. Does that change my plan?

No. Software ownership and exchange connection are separate. An eligible affiliate account may earn Plus-level product access and a BTC-copy entitlement, but execution remains independently gated and affiliate grace disables execution.

  • Do I need to upload ID?

Availability depends on country, exchange rules, KYC/account status, futures access, and API access. Glimpse-affiliate Toobit accounts can create API keys and trade without KYC where that path is permitted. Bybit runs its standard identity check before API and futures access.

  • How do I get started?

Open Market OS free with no account, card, or exchange connection. Choose Market OS Plus if you want the complete manual workspace. If you later choose optional execution, the dashboard handles the separate exchange and eligibility review.

  • Who controls my capital?

You do. Capital stays at your exchange; Glimpse does not custody it. Optional execution uses trade-only API access with no withdrawal or transfer rights, and you can pause the product or revoke the key from the exchange.

  • Where is live trading available?

Availability depends on your country of residence, selected exchange, KYC/account status, futures access, API access, account funding, approval, and the current operational safety state. If any requirement is restricted or unclear, execution stays off; software access does not override that gate.
