Regional rights and service availability.
Version 2026-07-15. Effective 15 July 2026. This regional addendum forms part of the consumer terms. It explains local consumer and privacy protections and does not authorise a regulated financial feature.
1. The rule that applies everywhere
MFI Marketing Int. LLP (OC437690), trading as Glimpse supplies the Glimpse software. England and Wales law is the general contract law selected in the consumer terms, but that choice does not remove a mandatory protection, remedy, regulator, court, or forum available under the law of your habitual residence. If this addendum, the main terms, or a checkout disclosure conflicts with a non-waivable local right, the local right prevails.
Before purchase, Glimpse shows the service, currency, recurring price, billing cadence, trial conversion, renewal, cancellation method, and refund position. Subscriptions can be cancelled online, and mandatory withdrawal, conformity, refund, chargeback, complaint, and privacy rights remain available. We do not require a call, survey, or retention offer before accepting an online cancellation.
2. Software is separate from live execution
Buying Market OS or another Glimpse subscription purchases software access only. It does not include or activate automated order transmission, copy trading, portfolio management, investment advice, custody, brokerage, or another regulated financial service.
Exchange-connected execution is default-denied. It can be activated only after Glimpse has separately approved the country, customer classification, financial product, exchange, permissions, and regulatory basis. Exchange availability, an app-store download, or a successful software payment is not approval. No region named below is an execution allowlist, and a user must not use a VPN, false residence, sub-account, or alternate venue to bypass a restriction.
3. European Union and EEA
EEA consumers retain applicable pre-contract information, 14-day distance-contract withdrawal, digital-content and digital-service conformity, update, repair, price reduction, termination, refund, local-law, and local-court rights. A free trial does not replace a statutory withdrawal period. If you expressly request immediate service and later withdraw, only a lawful proportionate charge may apply. Use the continuously available online withdrawal function for a timestamped request and receipt.
EU GDPR rights may include access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, consent withdrawal, and a complaint to the supervisory authority where you live or work. Live execution is unavailable to Belgian retail consumers and remains unavailable elsewhere in the EEA unless a specific account is expressly approved after product and financial-services review.
4. United Kingdom
UK consumers retain applicable distance-contract cancellation rights, Consumer Rights Act protections for services and digital content, fair-terms protections, and access to UK courts and the Information Commissioner. Glimpse provides online cancellation and withdrawal routes and will not rely on a term that excludes a mandatory quality, refund, repeat-performance, price-reduction, or complaint right. A UK data-protection complaint is acknowledged within 30 days and investigated without undue delay. Live execution is not offered to UK retail consumers.
5. United States
US consumers receive clear recurring-payment disclosures before billing information is collected, express consent to the recurring charge, and a simple online method to stop renewal. State law may add trial, renewal, annual-reminder, price-change, cancellation, record-retention, refund, or notice requirements. Those requirements apply where relevant, and Glimpse does not use these terms to waive regulator complaints, chargebacks, small-claims access, or non-waivable state remedies.
Where a US privacy law applies, rights may include access, correction, deletion, portability, appeal, and opt-out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or qualifying profiling. Glimpse recognises supported browser privacy preference signals and provides privacy request instructions. Live execution is not offered to US retail consumers.
6. Canada
Canadian consumers retain federal and provincial protections against misleading pricing and unfair online sales practices. The attainable price and mandatory charges are shown before purchase, excluding government-imposed tax that may depend on the billing address. Provincial rules may add contract-copy, correction, cancellation, renewal-notice, chargeback, language, arbitration, or class-action protections.
Glimpse does not actively target Québec consumers until a compliant French-facing contract and purchase flow is available. British Columbia protections applying from 1 August 2026 are preserved, including applicable renewal notice, cancellation, and refund rights. Privacy rights may arise under PIPEDA or provincial law. Software availability therefore depends on the province shown at checkout; live execution is not activated without separate written approval.
7. Australia and New Zealand
Australian Consumer Law and New Zealand consumer guarantees cannot be excluded where they apply. There is not ordinarily a general change-of-mind cooling-off right for an ordinary online software purchase, but statutory remedies remain available for a service that is not supplied with required care and skill, is materially misdescribed, is unfit for its stated purpose, or otherwise fails a mandatory guarantee. Renewal and cancellation terms must be prominent and fair.
Applicable Australian or New Zealand privacy law may provide notice, access, correction, complaint, security, and overseas-disclosure protections. Live crypto-derivative or automated execution can involve financial-services licensing and retail-product rules; it is not activated merely because software is available.
8. Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, and India
Generic Market OS information and analytics are subject to the mandatory online-contract, fair-marketing, cancellation, refund, privacy, security, cross-border-transfer, and complaint rules that apply in the customer's country. Depending on the location, privacy rights may include notice, access, correction, deletion or cessation, consent withdrawal, portability, objection, and a complaint to the local authority. The exact rights and response period depend on local law.
Exact trade recommendations, virtual-asset derivatives, automated trading, order transmission, and investment recommendations can require local licensing or may be restricted for retail consumers. Accordingly, exact signals and live execution are not activated in any of these markets unless Glimpse gives a specific written approval for the customer, product, and venue. Glimpse does not actively target Japanese or South Korean consumers until the required localized legal, privacy, AI, risk, and support notices are available. Mainland China is not a live-execution market.
9. United Arab Emirates and other markets
UAE requirements can differ between the federal regime and financial free zones, and virtual-asset permissions can depend on the Emirate, regulator, activity, and customer. Software availability is not evidence of a VARA, SCA, DFSA, FSRA, or other authorisation. Glimpse does not actively target or enable paid or regulated functionality for UAE consumers pending a specific e-commerce, language, privacy, and licensing review. Live execution remains disabled without a documented local approval.
In every other market, mandatory local consumer and privacy law is preserved. If Glimpse has not completed a country review, exchange-connected execution remains unavailable and the user may receive software, education, a waitlist, or a manual-review outcome only.
10. Complaints and requests
Send consumer or legal complaints to legal@myglimpse.space, privacy requests or complaints to privacy@myglimpse.space, and billing requests through the online consumer request function. We acknowledge and investigate requests within the period required by the applicable law. You may also complain to a competent consumer, privacy, financial, or court authority in your country; contacting Glimpse first is not required where local law says otherwise.
