This function is continuously available for subscription cancellation, statutory withdrawal, and refund or charge issues. Submitting it creates a timestamped record.
Before you submit
A subscription cancellation stops future renewals and normally preserves access through the paid period. A statutory withdrawal is a separate consumer right that may apply to a distance contract, commonly for 14 days in the EEA and UK. A valid withdrawal or mandatory remedy can require a refund. Cancelling Glimpse does not close an exchange position or revoke an exchange API key; manage those directly and safely at the exchange.
